M2k SDS - Concrete is a product dedicated to perform the design of reinforced concrete elements. Implemented calculations are in accordance with ACI 318- 99, ACI 318-02 and ACI 318-08 codes. Provided modules and features include: Simple bending Support for rectangular, L, T and I sections Design and analysis modes Design accounts for moment sign Shear and torsion Support for rectangular, L, T and circular sections Design and analysis modes Desing accounts for axial, shear and torsion forces and/or moments Axial load and uniaxial bending Support for rectangular, hollow rectangular, circular and hollow circular sections Account for slenderness effects usign ACI moment magnification method Plotting of interaction diagram Fast import of load cases from text and/or csv files Axial load and biaxial bending Support for rectangular, hollow rectangular, circular and hollow circular sections Account for slenderness effects usign ACI moment magnification method Plotting of interaction surface diagram Fast import of load cases from text and/or csv files Shear walls Design and analysis modes Design accounts for horizontal and vertical shear reinforcements Verification of design axial (buckling) strength Plotting of interaction diagram including boundary elements Batch mode for multiple load cases Deflections Support for rectangular sections Calculation of immediate and long-term deflections according to ACI effective moment of inertia procedure Plotting of deflections diagram Fast import of loads from text files Corbels Automatic checking of geometrical requirements Design accounts for shear-friction, tensile and flexural reinforcement Minimum areas of primary tension and shear reinforcement Deep beams Design accounts for flexural and shear reinforcement Flexural reinforcement calculations account for moment sign, according to CEB-FIP model code provisions Shear reinforcement calculations according to ACI deep beams provisions Additional features include an intuitive easy-to-use graphic interface that allows calculations to be perfomed rapidly and repeatedly if necessary, with legible and comprehensive calculation notes that can be copied and modified in third party word processors.
